Please note that cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival if it is not respect we charge the first night. Unreported late arrivals are unrefoundable.

Please note that for stays of 6 nights or longer, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. No refund will be possible for cancellation or no-show.

The reception closes at 20:00. If you plan to arrive after this time, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain the access code. Contact details can be found on the booking sheet.

Please note that not all room types have capacity for an extra bed. Extra beds are available only upon request.

Guests travelling with children are requested to inform reception on arrival.
